0600 - wake-up call for breakfast (at 0630) followed by clearing out of cabin. A movie was shown in the lounge (we sat in library) at 0730 until 0845 when we left the ship via panga. Took off via TAME from Baltra for Guayaquil (saw rice fields from air). Cattle Egret at airport. A bus tour of Guayaquil in the afternoon - Tree Iguanas, Pacific Hornero, Smooth-billed Ani, (all in the park in front of the cathedral - Bolivar Park), Rock Doves.

Then we went on for a walk in Marecon - the waterfront park. Guayaquil has a major project to renovate the waterfront and what has been completed is nice.
